Dear colleague,

On behalf of the European Academy of ORL and Head & Neck Surgery (EAORL-HNS), it will be a pleasure to welcome you in Nice for the 2nd meeting of European Academy of ORL and Head & Neck Surgery, which is now supported and under the auspices of the Confederation European of ORL and HNS, linking the missions of EAORL-HNS (European ORL subspecialties) and EUFOS (National ORL Societies).

Consequently, this scientific event represents the major meeting in OtoRhinoLaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery, organized every two years either by the EAORL (Mannheim 2009) or the EUFOS (Barcelona 2011) and now the next in Nice 2013, April 27-30.

The format of the EAORL-HNS meeting is mainly designed to bring up-to-date the therapeutic skills of participants through direct exposure to the “best methods” of daily clinical practice in Otology, Neuro-otology, Rhinology, Facial plastic surgery, Laryngology, Head and Neck surgery, Audiology, Phoniatry, Allergy….including all subspecialties adjacent to the ORL field.

- Instructional courses will take place for a limited audience in 10 separated rooms during the 4 days of the meeting.

- Symposium and workshops for innovative issues (implants, endoscopy, laser, monitoring, navigation assisted, assessment, rehabilitation, new procedures…).

- Key lectures, Meet the Expert, How I do it presentations will be alternated with the instructional courses of the same subspecialty to maintain a high attractive level.

-Oral presentations, Case reports, Posters will be organized to allow international exchange between trainees, residents, ORL specialists and experts.

- Direct anatomic dissection and live surgery will be shown in collaboration with Pr Santini ‘s Head and Neck University Centre and with the LION (Life International Otolaryngology Network).

- ORL-HNS INTERNATIONAL VILLAGE
The ORL-HNS International Village is an area specially dedicated to extra european countries.
Upon request and depending on each representative delegation, the organising committee will offer a place of honor during Scientific and Social Event.

The venue of the meeting is Acropolis Conference Centre located in the heart of Nice, the capital of the beautiful Cote d’Azur.

A large exhibition area, surrounded at the same floor, by the instructional rooms will offer a display of the most advanced technological and pharmaceutical developments.

The teams of MCO congres and Acropolis will be pleased to assist you in your stay in a such fascinating place and to provide help for visiting the wonderful surroundings.
